The academy for mindful retreat hospitality
Learn to create
places with purpose.
A pilot catalog of role-based training and management programs for people who shape spaces, welcome groups, and guide meaningful experiences. Certification is planned and is not yet active.
More than a lecture library.
A living map for growth.
Every pathway addresses a real responsibility: becoming shift-ready, managing a center, preparing for partnership, or demonstrating readiness to be listed on Narayana Spaces.
Start with the foundations
See the entire ecosystem—and your contribution to it—in 25 minutes.
Step into a role
From guest services administrator to director of growth.
Build professional expertise

Narayana Foundations
Five concise scenes introduce the brand through decisions—not lengthy instructions. Try one scenario now.
View the programA guest requests a quiet room, but the only available room is next to the practice hall. What should you do first?
A pathway for every role.
One standard for everyone.
A course ends with observable performance—not a box marked “complete.” That may be a shift, a call, a service, an inspection, a costing exercise, or a content sprint.
Learn at your own property.
Present a real-world result.
A cohort cadence, practitioner feedback, and a final project—without unsupported promises of employment or instant professional status.

04 · Trust you can verify
Training is the proposed first gateway.
Certification is planned—not active.
The planned credentialing model separates course completion from status. After launch, candidates will learn, assemble evidence, complete a review, and receive a public quality credential only after an independent decision.
- 01Learn
Required modules and scenario-based assignments
- 02Practice
On-property work or an observed session
- 03Prove
Documents, video, logs, and other evidence
- 04Review
Remote review, interview, and an audit when needed
- 05Credential
Planned: a time-bound public status with clear revocation rules.
A listing begins with readiness,
not an application form.
The planned model gives each participant type a tailored pre-listing pathway. After launch, completing a course may make someone eligible to apply; it will not guarantee approval.
